The National Oil Company Head Quarters (NOC) is a 20,000m² commercial office building in the heart of Addis Ababa. The Sutherland Facade team provided specialist assistance to the client on review of Chinese sub-contractors shop drawings, their adherence to project specifications and overall QA/QC guidance. This included a pre-installation QA review of mockups and glazing in Beijing-based manufacturing plants as well as on-site assistance and QA review of the building structure, brackets and structural steelwork installation and panel installation.
