Qualifications:
- BSc / BEng / BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in building services
- Revit 3D modelling experience is an advantage
- Project management skills
- Ability to attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and liaise with professional teams
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
You will work on a variety of building structures, including:
- Large retail shopping centres
- Commercial office buildings with deep basements
- High-rise apartment buildings
- Housing township developments and single residential luxury homes
- Industrial distribution centres and factories
Salary:

Qualifications:
- BSc / BEng (Civil) Engineering Degree
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of building structures design experience.
- Exposure to Revit and Tekla software packages.
Responsibilities:
You will work on a variety of building projects, including:
- Large retail shopping centres
- Commercial office buildings, often with deep basements,
- High-rise apartment buildings
- Housing township developments
- Single-residential luxury homes
- Industrial distribution centres and warehouses
Salary:
Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
