
The project comprises a 35,000m² warehouse with 14,000m² of internal offices and 4,000m² of separate office space. The steel roof structure was designed for maximum efficiency while providing a minimum internal height of 12.6m and large column-free spaces. Precast concrete external walls were used for all warehouse and office walls to speed up construction.
