What You’ll Do:

• Assist in designing fire safety systems
• Conduct fire risk assessments and contribute to safety strategies
• Analyze building plans and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to provide fire engineering solutions
• Participate in fire modeling and simulations using industry-standard software.

Building structures include large retail shopping centres, Commercial office buildings with deep basements, High-rise apartment buildings, Housing township developments and single residential luxury homes, Industrial distribution centres and Factories

Qualifications:  

• BSc / BEng / BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in building services
  
• Revit 3D modelling experience is an advantage
• Project management skills
• Ability to attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and liaise with professional teams
• Strong communication skills

• 2+ years experience
  
• Exposure to ACC and Revit Software
• Ability to attend meetings
• Able to conduct site inspections
• Strong communication skills
• Team Player
• Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
