Career opportunities - Cape Town office (Granger Bay)
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Design Engineer to be part of our Mechanical team in Granger Bay, Cape Town.
What we are looking for:
- BEng / BTech (Mechanical)
- 3 – 5 years experience
- Exposure to Revit Software
- Building services industry experience*
- Exposure to rational fire design advantageous
- Able to conduct site inspections
- Ability to attend meetings
- Liaise with the professional team
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
*Building structures include large retail shopping centres, Commercial office buildings with deep basements, High-rise apartment buildings, Housing township developments and single residential luxury homes, Industrial distribution centres and Factories.

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Graduate Engineer to be part of our Electrical team in Granger Bay, Cape Town.
What we are looking for:
- BSc (Eng.) / BEng degree or B.Tech/ Advanced Diploma in Electrical engineering
- 1 – 2 years experience
- Exposure to Revit Software
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
*You will be required to work on a variety projects such as Electrical and electronic engineering design of large commercial, retail, industrial and multi-residential buildings, including MV/LV installations, Generator, UPS, PV, lighting and small power, access control, CCTV and data networks design using the latest software.

- Mechanical BEng / BSc(Eng) graduate preferred
- Interest in post graduate studying in fire engineering

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to provide fire engineering solutions
- Work on multiple projects including large retail shopping centres, Commercial office buildings , High-rise apartments, Hotels, Housing developments and single residential luxury homes, Industrial distribution centres and Factories both nationally and internationally
