18,000m² development. 800 new basement parking bays below sea level. Corporate Head Office, 30 Residential Apartments and Various Retail Outlets. The No. 1 Silo office development has been awarded a 6 star Green Star SA rating (both for Design and As-Built) by the Green Building Council of South Africa. It is only the second building to be awarded a 6 star Green rating in South Africa and the first in the Western Cape.
