At Sutherland we strive to create a dynamic, balanced team environment where experience and youth combine to service our clients as best possible.
The Sutherland technical team comprises a mix of engineers, technicians, 3D CAD operators, BIM managers and detailers across all disciplines and based across our four offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Nairobi. They are ably supported by a strong, in-house, operations team which covers financial, HR and governance matters.
Sutherland is managed by an executive team comprising nine directors led by our Managing Director.
